MEET THE STAFF

As President of Mustangs Select Baseball, Jesse leads the charge in building a strong, development-focused program for athletes and families. He oversees all Select Baseball operations, chairs the Executive Board, and works closely with coaches, staff, and SKSA leadership to ensure the Mustangs continue to grow with purpose. Jesse is passionate about creating opportunities for players to succeed on and off the field, and he plays a hands-on role in shaping the direction of the program. From appointing board members to supporting the developmental coaching team, Jesse is deeply committed to the success of every Mustang player and team.

As Vice President of Select Baseball for the 7U–10U division, Aaron oversees and coordinates all team operations within these age groups. His role includes guiding player development, supporting coaches, and helping promote a positive, growth-focused baseball environment. With a hands-on approach, he ensures each team is aligned with the program’s mission of developing young athletes both on and off the field.

As Director of Player Development, Coach Mike, known by many as "Baseball Pastor Mike," brings decades of experience as a former Minor League All-Star with the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago White Sox. He’s coached at the collegiate level, led national youth camps, and helped place over 400 athletes in college—with many advancing to professional baseball. As founder of Miracles Baseball Academy and former program director for Scorpions Baseball, he’s trained thousands of players, coaches, and parents. Coach Mike also partnered with the Houston Astros for 11 years and led their RBI program, helping develop future MLB talent. Off the field, he and his wife Liz have received numerous honors, including the President Biden's Presidential Award for their impactful community service. He recently released his first book, Sermon on the Mound, blending faith and baseball to inspire the next generation.
